Welcome to our 2023/2024 school year! Just like last year we will offer a variety of online and in-person classes.
 
Children classes will be in person in Berkeley and Walnut Creek, and we will also offer an online option.

Advanced Hungarian Classes for Children

Playful Hungarian classes for advanced students, including reading, writing, history and museum educational program.

Date: Saturdays, October 19, 26, Nov 16, 23, December 7, 14

Time: 10 am - 12:35 pm

Group I (ages 5-10)

Beginner Hungarian

Basic conversational Hungarian in a playful setting. Build up your vocabulary. If you don’t speak Hungarian, but would like to learn and practice, this is your class.

Date: Twice a month, Sundays, September 22, 29, October 20, 27, November 3, 17, December 1, 15

Time: 10 am – 11 am

Teacher: Timea Olah

Tuition: $205 or Drop In: $30

Group II (ages 7-13)

Advanced Hungarian, practicing reading, writing, and vocabulary.

Date: Twice a month, Sundays, September 22, 29, October 20, 27, November 3, 17, December 1, 15

Time: 11 am – 12 pm

Teacher: Timea Olah

Tuition:$205 or Drop In: $30

Adventure Art & Clay (ages 6-10)

This course offers a basic introduction to clay construction, including hand-building and pottery wheel. In addition to clay, students will create a painting on canvas. Children will also practice drawing, mixed media and apply brushstroke to create their masterpieces. All this in Hungarian!

Date: Sundays, September 22, 29, October 20, 27, November 3, 17, December 1, 15

Time: 12 pm - 1 pm
