Basic Video Making
ages 9 - 12 years
This course introduces and teaches students the basics of video making and editing. Creating videos is a natural medium for today’s generation. Having students make their own videos helps them oversee their own learning, develops storytelling skills, and guides them to see the world from a different perspective. Children can create short videos, share personal moments, and explore the video world. They can make their ideas stand out and share with friends, family, and even on YouTube

Tuition: $95.-/course
(Nandor Tary has been editing videos since he was 12 years old. He is currently a communication major at university. The class will use DaVinci Resolve for editing.)

Advanced Video Making
ages 9 - 14 years
Students who worked with us in the previous video-making classes will continue creating their videos in a more advanced setting. The objective of the class is to practice the skills they learned, understand how to use video making tools to their advantage, and create and edit more and more professional videos to share with family and friends.

Drawing Art Class
ages 6 - 12 years
Drawing is the most useful of all the visual arts. This class will focus on shading, dimension, composition, portraiture, still life, realism, abstraction, landscape drawing, fashion design, and more.
Students will work in a combination of pencil, and colored pastels.
Date and Time: Mondays (Jan 4, 11, 18, 25, Febr 1, 8) 3:00 pm.

Video Game Making
ages 8 - 12 years
Join us for a fun and interactive video game making and coding class by video game creator Nora Falcon. Kids will engage and learn the secrets behind video gaming using the program Scratch.
The course requires basic Hungarian understanding.
Date and Time: Saturdays (Jan 16, 23, 30, Febr 6, 13, 20) 11:00 am.

Media Class
ages 7 - 14 years
Learn about the secrets of Podcast, Radio, and live reporting.
The reporter’s job is to “see and show”.
- How to use a microphone?
- How to create live broadcasting?
- How to create live interviews?
Participants need to be able to understand and speak Hungarian at a basic level. They will also need a microphone and phone or computer

Baking Class
ages 7 - 14 years
Intermediate Hungarian understanding is needed.
Does your child love to cook and bake? Join our cooking/baking class and learn about Hungarian gastronomy. Practice new and exciting recipes and your Hungarian along the way.
